Best Home Fries and Eggs
I had heard great things about this place, so I had to check it out for myself. I had a cheddar cheese and tomato omelette. I will start there, the eggs are clearly farm fresh and full of flavor. They are light and not too well done. The cheddar cheese is clearly fresh too, perhaps from neighboring Vermont. The tomatos were grilled to perfection. Red juicy and full of flavor. Next you have the home fries, which are as fresh as you can get. Just sliced potatoes seasoned with pepper and carmelized onions. They were worth the trip alone. The omelette also comes with toast, which is hand made right there! You are given a choice of reason, oat, wheat or multigrain. In top of it all is their fresh brewed coffee which is strong and full of flavor. Definitely one of the best breakfast coffees one will have. I will definitely venture back and try another dish since the first was that good. This place also has a very interesting décor with feels like you are in a time warp. Old toys hanging...
